Residential Utility Map

Another project for Apex Locating Services this week was to assist in a residential utility locate and provide a map overview of our findings. We were able locate the following:

• a water line
• an electrical line
• a secondary electrical line
• a sewer line
• a gas line
• a fiber optic line

We were further able to verify depths of some of the utilities using ground penetrating radar, as well as with other methods. Providing an accurate utility locate, and verifying depth with GPR we can help our clients perform their job more quickly and safely, and also provide the homeowner with more information regarding their home.
